Bookable Spaces (“Bookable”, “we”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Account information: name, email address, phone number
• Facility and booking data you create within the app
• Device information and usage analytics
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

• To provide and improve the Bookable service
• To send booking confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To respond to support inquiries
• To analyze usage patterns and improve features

When you connect WhatsApp to Bookable, we use this connection solely to send booking-related notifications to you and your community members. We do not read your WhatsApp messages or share WhatsApp data with third parties.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Firebase/Google (infrastructure and analytics)
• WhatsApp (notification delivery)

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

We use minimal cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
