Can clients book my studio or treatment room without creating an account?
- Yes. Make a space public and anyone can book it through your link, with no account and no app download. Keep other rooms private so only your team or regular clients can see them. Both kinds of space sit in the same calendar.
How do I stop two clients booking the same room at the same time?
- Every room, chair and studio in Bookable has its own real-time calendar, and every new booking is checked against existing ones the moment it is made. If a slot is taken, the booking is blocked before it goes through, even when two people are booking at once on different phones.
Can I add changeover or cleaning time between sessions?
- Yes. Set a buffer between bookings on each space, along with opening hours, a maximum session length and blackout dates for days off. Weekly repeating bookings cover the regular who comes in every Tuesday at six.
Will clients get appointment reminders?
- Yes. Confirmations and reminders go out in the app, on WhatsApp and by email, and clients can add the booking to their own calendar in one tap. Fewer no-shows, fewer "was that today?" messages.
